Somatic Release Massage Work!! The last 8 months have been excruciating for me. After the incredibly traumatic death of my brother, everything that comes with that, 2 family weddings, multiple cross country flights and a cross country move, my body started screaming at me. My side/hip/low back was holding it all and I have been in so much pain! Amanda had worked on me not long after my brother’s death so she was familiar with me. I went to see Amanda again recently while my held pain was as its peak. She worked on me for about an hour and then we found “the spot” Amanda so gently walked me through a few tender questions while continuing to address the physical, what happened next was incredible! That held trauma began to release, I was able to cry and cry while she worked. Amanda was beyond supportive, caring, and attentive. By the next day, that excruciating pain was gone, so much emotional weight was lifted! Somatic release work was exactly what I needed and will continue to utilize and I can’t recommend working with Amanda enough! I’m so grateful for my time with her!!

Amanda is absolutely incredible. As a mom of a toddler who also works from home, I’m in a constant state of juggling responsibilities and carrying more stress than I usually realize. I’ve also been dealing with ongoing neck issues, and from the moment my session began, Amanda made me feel completely at ease. She created such a peaceful, calming environment that I genuinely felt my body relax in a way it hasn’t in a long time. In fact, my Oura Ring showed my stress levels dropping dramatically during my massage, which perfectly matched how I felt. The numbers don’t lie. Amanda is attentive, kind, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She noticed areas of tension and imbalance that I hadn’t even recognized until she pointed them out, and she tailored the massage to exactly what my body needed. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, recovering from stress, or simply looking to relax and recharge, I can’t recommend Amanda enough. She has a true gift!

Oasis day spa is the best. It is such a calm environment. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I saw Amanda Kraft today for a 60 minute deep tissue massage, and I feel better than I have in a long time. If you need top tier quality, book with them!

Will be back! Woke up with an extremely sore neck, called and they got me in immediately. After a 60 minute massage, my neck feels so much better. Relaxing, non pretentious environment. Very calm and welcoming.
